Join Our Causes
Permanent Affordable Housing is a long-term solution. Our goal is to end Veteran homelessness and provide the stability and starting point veterans need to address the underlying causes of their situations. Our homes are in a community where veterans can live their best lives and remove the barriers of social isolation. We aim to empower Veterans toward healthy reunification with their families and communities through permanent housing and supportive services.
Our Journey
Hope To Change has created programs to provide guidance, resources, and pipelines to empower Veterans to move toward positive changes in homeownership, job growth, financial literacy, and health & wellness. We have created ‘The Veterans Enrichment Program’ to support these programs to help close the gap between homelessness, homeownership, and economic disparities.

Join us to “Be the force of change.” Help us make a difference in the lives of those veterans who have made a difference in ours. Many veterans come home from war and suffer many disadvantages of society, physical disabilities, poor mental health, unemployment, and struggles with a sense of identity, all of which can lead to homelessness. A solid foundation begins at home. Help us build that foundation.
