Join Our Causes

Permanent Affordable Housing is a long-term solution. Our goal is to Veteran homelessness and provide the stability and starting point veterans need to address the underlying causes of their situations. Our homes are in a community where veterans can live their best lives and remove the barriers of social isolation. We aim to empower Veterans toward healthy reunification with their families and communities through permanent housing and supportive services.

Our Journey

Hope to change, has created programs to provide guidance, resources information, and pipelines to empower veterans to move toward positive changes in areas of homeownership, financial literacy, job growth, health & Wellness, and community service. To support these programs, we have created The Veterans Enrichment Program to help close the gap between homelessness, homeownership, and economic disparities.

Join us to “Be the force of change.” Help us make a difference in the lives of those veterans who have made a difference in ours. Many veterans come home from war and suffer many disadvantages of society, physical disabilities, poor mental health, unemployment, and struggles with a sense of identity, all of which can lead to homelessness. Beautiful homes we provide help begin the foundation. Program to help close the gap between homelessness, homeownership, and economic disparities.
